By creating an account or using the Elma platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Elma is a cloud-based education management platform. The features and modules available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Elma. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
